Please read these terms carefully before using our services

The use of services from Mothersoft Technologies constitutes agreement to these terms. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We will setup your account after:

  • Payment has been received
  • Order has been screened for fraud protection
Important: You must provide an email address that is NOT under the domain(s) you're signing up for. This email will be used for abuse issues and important communications.

It is your responsibility to:

  • Keep your email address current and up-to-date
  • Ensure domain contact information is correct
  • Provide accurate information (false information may result in termination)

All services may only be used for lawful purposes under India and Tamilnadu laws.

Strictly Prohibited:
  • Nulled/Pirated Software
  • IRC Scripts/Bots
  • Proxy Scripts
  • HYIP Sites
  • Phishing Sites
  • Adult/Pornographic Content
  • Hate/Racist Content
  • Spam/Mail Bombers
  • Copyright Infringement
  • Illegal Activities

Violations will result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to authorities.

Zero Tolerance: Any user who sends spam will have their account terminated immediately without notice.

This includes:

  • Unsolicited bulk email
  • "Safe lists" and purchased email lists
  • Sites advertised via spam (Spamvertised)
  • ROKSO-listed organizations

Payment Terms:
  • Services billed in advance
  • Recurring billing unless cancelled
  • 10-day grace period for payments

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be sending email to support or cancellation request or submitting the ticket. You will receive confirmation with a tracking number.

Important: TDS certificates must be provided for any tax deductions to receive credit.

Shared Hosting:
  • 50,000 inodes limit
  • 2GB email storage
  • 2GB SQL database
  • No backup/storage use
Prohibited:
  • IRC/Chat applications
  • File sharing/torrents
  • Gaming servers
  • Cron less than 15 minutes

30-Day Guarantee

Shared hosting plans include an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee for first-time customers who paid via credit card, debit card, Net Banking and other online payment methods.

Exclusions:

  • VPS and dedicated servers
  • Domain registrations
  • Administrative/setup fees
  • Accounts in violation of ToS
  • Repeat customers

GST and gateway fees will be deducted before refund.
